Limoncello
Historia:
El Limoncello es un licor artesanal a base de cáscara de limón típico de Italia y del Sur Este de Francia. Este licor de fruta invoca al espíritu mediterraneo de Tarija, y está elaborado a partir de una receta casera sarda muy antigua, la abuela de la abuela de quien nos la enseñó (Gabriele Sanna), en Sassari.
Ingredientes:
Alcohol potable bebible, jarabe de azúcar de caña y cáscaras de limón.
Usos:
Como aperitivo o bajativo de las comidas. Agitar antes de servir puro en pequeñas dosis y a temperatura del congelador.
Inspiración italiana:
Lo que dice en la etiqueta: "Il nostro limoncello o limoncino è un liquore dolce ottenuto dalla macerazione in alcool delle scorze del limone ed eventualmente di altri agrumi, miscelata in seguito con uno sciroppo di acqua e zucchero. Prodotto secondo un'antica ricetta della famiglia Sanna di Sassari (Sardegna) da limoni biologici e senza l'aggiunta di conservanti, che mantiene la stessa intensità aromatica del frutto maturo, diventando un liquore delicatissimo e molto gradito. Il nostro limoncello è un ottimo digestivo se servito freddo, e chiude soprattutto il pranzo o la cena. Si deve servire ghiacciato e agitare prima di farlo purché essendo artigianale contiene un po’ di sedimenti in alto che spariscono dopo quest’operazione".

Alcohol beverage drinking, cane sugar syrup and lemon peel.
Uses:
Open bar as a snack or meal. Stir before serving in small doses pure and freezer temperature.

What it says on the label: "Our lemon liquor limoncello is a sweet liqueur obtained by maceration of lemon peel in alcohol and possibly of other citrus fruits, mixed later with a syrup of sugar and water. Manufactured according to an old family recipe of Sanna Sassari (Sardinia) from organic lemons and without the addition of preservatives, which has the same aromatic intensity of ripe fruit, becoming a delicate liqueur and much appreciated. Our Limoncello is an excellent digestive if served cold, and closes above the lunch or dinner. You must serve chilled and shake before doing so as long as it contains a little craft 'of sediments at the top and disappear after this operation".
